1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using TuneyVerse (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Use of the service
You may use TuneyVerse only for lawful purposes. You agree not to upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, contains malware, or violates any applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any audio content you upload.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at hello@tuneyverse.com.
4. Intellectual property
TuneyVerse and its underlying technology are owned by TuneyVerse and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any audio files you upload. By uploading content, you grant TuneyVerse a limited licence to process your files solely to provide the Service.
5. Subscription and payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet your requirements.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TuneyVerse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
