We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve TuneyVerse services; process your audio files and return results to you; send you technical notices and support messages; respond to your comments and questions; and monitor and analyse usage trends.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your uploaded audio files to train our AI models without your explicit consent.

3. Data retention

Processed audio files and output files are stored for 30 days after creation, after which they are automatically deleted from our servers. You can delete your files at any time from your dashboard. Account information is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards.

4. Data security

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and access controls to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
